National Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine

National Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the only national-level museum dedicated to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in China. Officially established in 2020 after three decades of preparation, it fills the historical gap of having no national-level museum for the TCM industry. The museum systematically collects and exhibits the complete development of Chinese medicine from ancient practice to contemporary innovation. Its collection includes Neolithic bone needles, oracle bone inscriptions recording diseases from the Shang Dynasty, bronze bian-stone needles, pottery medicine grinders, the Neijing Tu (Inner Canon Diagram) colored paintings, rare ancient medical texts, and handwritten prescriptions by famous physicians across dynasties. As the official national-level IP, the museum is dedicated to bringing the thousand-year-old wisdom of Chinese medicine into modern life, providing authentic, authoritative Eastern wellness aesthetics for brands in health, wellness, beauty, and food sectors.
