《Shroom Boom!》 is a non-verbal 3D CGI short-form comedy animation. It turns mushrooms, something familiar to everyone around the world, into characters in a silent slapstick comedy.
Every story is told through exaggerated actions and expressions alone, so it crosses language and cultural barriers without translation and can be enjoyed by audiences worldwide. Each episode runs about 2 minutes with a fast pace and dense gags, making it ideal for short-form platforms, OTT, and TV.
With a squishy, jelly-like texture, a distinct color for each character, and instantly memorable character silhouettes, the IP has strong expansion potential in character licensing such as plush toys, stationery, and F&B, as well as figures and mobile games.
The project has completed its show bible and 20 episodes of 2D animatics, and is seeking co-production, investment, distribution, and licensing partners.
