Suzhou Dayu Digital Culture Technology Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 by ex-servicemen and Peking University masters. Driven by the excellent exemplary role of the military gene and Peking University gene, Dayu has developed rapidly, successively launching new media businesses in Suzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Nanchang. It completed the first round of Series A financing worth hundreds of millions of RMB in 2020. On September 28, 2022, Dayu Network was officially renamed Dayu Group. Dayu is a company engaged in digital culture and consumer goods brands, mainly operating new media (MCN), animation and games (ACG) as well as brand e-commerce businesses. It has formed a business structure of "character IP + digital IP + entity IP" and established a complete ecological chain covering digital content production, distribution, brand empowerment, marketing and monetization.
