Paramount has named Paul Southern as Executive Vice President of Consumer Products. Southern will assume the role immediately and report to Josh Silverman, President of Global Products & Experiences at Paramount.

“Paul is a highly strategic leader with deep industry knowledge and outstanding relationships across the global licensing ecosystem,” said Silverman. “He brings tremendous energy and a proven track record of driving commercial growth to our organization. I’m excited to welcome him to the team as we continue to build powerful, fan-driven products around Paramount’s beloved brands and franchises.”
Southern boasts more than two decades of leadership in global licensing and brand commercialization, including for pop-culture powerhouses such as Lucasfilm and Disney.
