To attend or visit an exhibition or a trade show you shall complete and file out the registration form, providing the required information. If you do not provide all the information, it will be difficult for us to contact you to confirm the arrangements. Also, if exhibitors do not provide us with sufficient information about your products and/or services, this may result in your company's booth not being placed in the appropriate location at the show. The information you provide will help us to allocate booths according to product or service categories.


Information You Provide To Us

The types of personal information that we collect directly from you depends on how you interact with us, the Websites and the Services and may include:

  • Contact details, such as name, email address, location and telephone number
  • Educational and professional information (such as business type, company name, company address, title)
  • Demographic information such as ID type, ID number, nationality, gender and birth date
  • Identity verifying information such as passport details to comply with legal obligations in certain countries and to provide visa invitation letters where requested
  • Account login credentials, such as username and password, password hints and similar security information
  • Necessary information for participation in the exhibition, such as brand, exhibitor categories, method of participation, number of booths, booth size, and business needs

We will not use or disseminate your personal information or use it for purposes other than those stated at the time of collection without your consent.

We will make available your personal information to the public only under the following circumstances that:

Technical Measures for Data Security and Organizational Measures for Data Protection Management

We attach great importance to the security of your personal information. In order to protect your personal information, we have taken appropriate security protection measures in line with industry standards to protect your information. For example, we use encryption, desensitization and other technologies to improve the security of personal information; we use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on personal information; we deploy access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access.
